Whether your loved one is living with a long-term heart condition or you are recovering from a heart attack yourself, our compassionate and dedicated carers can provide much needed care to allow life to continue in the comfort and familiarity of home.

Our Care Managers will create a bespoke care plan reflective of individual needs and requirements, as well as taking into account personality so we match the most suited carer on our books. We know that many of those undergoing cardiac rehabilitation are younger than our other clients living with conditions such as Dementia loss of mobility, and this is taken into  account when matching a carer.

Our care plans are completely tailored around individual client needs. This may include:

A major aspect of cardiac recovery is regaining functional fitness levels again. This is why our excellent carers are also able to help encourage healthy behaviours and support with rehabilitation where possibleOur caregivers can help with meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation, ensuring seniors have nutritious and delicious meals.
