The realisation that someone you love has dementia can be an emotional and stressful time. With over 20 years of experience in  dementia care, we understand what you are going through, and we are here to help.

With our visiting care or live in care, we will do everything to ensure your loved one continues to live as full and enjoyable a life as possible in the familiarity of their own home. Our care is regulated by CQC which means you and your loved one are in the best hands.

Knowing the importance of structure and familiarity for a person affected by dementia, our care teams will take careful note of preferences, interests, hobbies and life history to ensure that they can continue to follow their normal routines as closely as possible.

They will create a bespoke care plan for your loved one unique to their needs and personality, offering:

• Personal care- with bathing, washing, hygiene, shaving and oral care
•  Assistance with dressing
•  Help with continence care
•  Help with walking and assistance with mechanical aids
•  Meal preparation and assistance with eating
•  Hospital visits and prescription collection support

•  Housework, laundry and pet care
•  Support with daily errands such as shopping or appointments
